Everything you do is being evaluated by God. That’s why it’s important to understand His commands. When it comes to the way you treat others, your behavior should be based on the principles contained in His Word.
You’ve probably heard the saying, “Treat others like you want to be treated.” It’s a good rule of thumb. However, as a Christian , you are often called to treat others BETTER than they treat you.
It’s easy to treat those you like well. But what about those you don’t like or a stranger? Your good works are tied to Christ’s expectations of you.
You should never be judgmental of others. Especially those who’s circumstances are less favorable than yours. Just as Christ loves everyone, so should you.
It’s your responsibility as an ambassador of Christ to show kindness to all mankind, regardless of their walk of life. You never know the significance of the people you serve. You could be entertaining an Angel unaware.
“Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!” Hebrews 13:2 NLT
