In Matthew 17:20, Jesus said, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, move from here to there, and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
The mustard seed is one of the smallest in nature. However, it’s one of the fastest growing herbs in existence. It can grow up to ten feet in just a couple months. It’s growth is one of Mother Nature’s examples indicating the potential of faith.
Things may seem insurmountable for you at times; like a mountain. But if you exercise your faith, it only takes a small amount to accomplish great things or overcome any obstacle.
Like any other, a mustard seed can do nothing until it’s planted. The way you make the seed of faith grow is by planting it in your spirit and feeding it the word of God. Once you establish the word of God in your heart you must be consistent and persistent in its development so you can grow and achieve victory in all areas of your life.
Always remember, as the scripture says, there is nothing) No-Thing impossible with God! So now it’s time to channel your inner mustard seed and be unshakable in your resolve and never give up when facing difficult times. That is how you will begin to see mountains move in your life!
