A tree is known by the type of fruit it bears. You would not expect an apple tree to produce an orange. It is the same for you as a child of God. Others should be able to identify you not only by your words, but by your character and actions.

Gospel artist, Kevon Carter, released a song titled “Check Their Fruit”. He says, “We identify a tree by its fruit and we should identify people by the things that they do. Looks can be deceiving and talk is cheap. You better check their fruit!”
