In a world where you are constantly bombarded with social media posts, public service announcements, local and international news, you can feel like you’re plugged into the events of life.
However, there are those times when you’re surrounded by a crowd, but feel all alone. During those times, you feel like no one understands you, no one cares about you and that no one feels your pain. Sometimes you feel like you’re running life’s race alone and that no one is there to cheering you on.
But here’s the good news, you are NEVER alone because Christ is always with you! Although the house of flesh where your spirit man resides may long for the companionship of others, your spirit man resonates with the spirit of Christ and reminds you of God’s promise found in Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
So remember, no matter what you’re going through, God is always with you! Put your trust in him and you can rest assured that no matter what life brings your way, no matter who turns their back on you, and no matter if you feel like no one cares about you, God does and always will.
As long as you have him, you’re NEVER alone!
